Support for Neurodivergent Parents, Carers and Adults
with Care and Connection

Practical and compassionate support through 1:1 coaching, community events, and Sensory Spaces

Neuro-affirming, trauma-informed support for neurodivergent adults and parents/carers of neurodivergent children and young people. If parenting feels overwhelming or isolating,
Iโ€™m here to help you move from isolation into connection.

My passion is helping parent and carers move from isolation into connection, creating a positive culture for neurodivergent children and young people

Iโ€™m a mother to two neurodivergent boys, and still deep in my own parenting journey. I know how lonely it can feel, and how much lighter it becomes when we feel seen, supported, and connected.

    1:1 Coaching

I offer 1:1 coaching for neurodivergent adults and for parents or carers of neurodivergent children. These 60-minute online sessions via Zoom provide a safe space to be heard, supported, and to explore what works best for you and your family.

  • community events People standing in a line with their arms around each other's waists, wearing colorful jackets and clothing.

    Community Events

I organise inclusive gatherings in Greenwich, London, from parent circles to larger community events like Rising Minds, a celebration of artists, poets, musicians, and community changemakers for Neurodiversity Celebration Week.

  • A group of women community gathering at a long table with greenery and ornaments in a cozy, well-lit room with large windows and casual furniture.

    The Sensory Space

I provide a calming, comfortable, and inclusive breakout space at events across South East London. The Sensory Space is designed for all ages and neuro-types to rest, recharge, and find a moment of peace during busy gatherings.

I do this work because I know how lonely parenting can feel, and I want every family and household to find connection and belonging.

Through the twists and turns of life, parenting, and discovering my own neurodivergence, Iโ€™ve learned the power of compassion and community. As a solo parent, I longed for spaces where my experience was truly understood and reflected back. Thatโ€™s why I now support neurodivergent parents and carers, so none of us have to walk this path alone.

Client love

  • โ€œThe most significant thing was that my daughter and I can feel accepted for our sensory differences and needs. Being in a space where we didnโ€™t feel like we were too much or not enough was really meaningful.โ€

  • โ€œMy children were very happy, there were different types of activities that catered to different moods and preferences and profiles. The food was delicious and wholesome. No sugar rush or spikes which was perfect. The friendly people who helped at the activities were very calm and good.โ€

  • โ€œI've found the Calm connect sessions really insightful. Rowan is so knowledgeable and in the past few months what I've learnt is invaluable.โ€

  • "I regularly attend Rowan's parents support group which I find incredibly helpful both practically and emotionally. I always leave with a sense of lightness, inspiration and a sense of being part of a wonderful community of like minded parents.โ€

Supported emotions wellbeing by providing a safe space to explore feelings and techniques with other parents with SEN children Reduced feelings of Shame and increased knowledge about how to parent neurodiverse children"

  • "Was absolutely amazing, let me know when a next event is on, we really had a lovely time. Everything there was amazing so many activities, music, sensory space, lots of arts and crafts and yummy food. Thank you"

  • โ€œHaving a sensory play area in a community hall is a positive addition because it creates a welcoming space where children of all abilities can explore, learn, and feel comfortable. It also provides opportunities for social interaction, allowing families to connect with other families within the community and allowing children to go off independently to play. By offering a safe and engaging environment that meets a range of sensory needs, a community hall becomes more accessible and allows people to stay for longer period of timesโ€

  • โ€œI liked the tents because they are dark and cosy with lots of squishies and nice things to play withโ€
